Sub-processor Register

FleetAgent Pro Ltd acts as a data processor under UK GDPR on behalf of fleet operators (data controllers) who use our platform to manage their vehicle fleets. In delivering our services, we engage the following sub-processors to handle personal data on our behalf.
We are committed to transparency about our sub-processor usage. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that impose the same data protection obligations as those in our agreements with controllers.

Changes to Sub-processors
FleetAgent Pro will notify controllers of any changes to this sub-processor list with a minimum of 30 days' notice before any new sub-processor begins processing personal data, or before an existing sub-processor is replaced.
Controllers who object to a proposed change should contact us at the address below. Where a controller reasonably objects and FleetAgent Pro cannot accommodate the objection, the controller may terminate the relevant services without penalty.
International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the United Kingdom, FleetAgent Pro relies on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA) as approved by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under section 119A of the Data Protection Act 2018. This applies to transfers to Resend Inc. and Stripe Inc. in the United States, and to the US parent entities of Supabase Inc. and Google LLC.
Data hosted by Supabase and Google Cloud Platform for the delivery of FleetAgent Pro services is stored within the European Union (EU) and does not leave the EU/EEA unless required by applicable law.
