We help fleet managers catch problems before they become expensive.

That's it. Not "transform the industry" or "revolutionize fleet management." Just help people see what's happening across their fleet and fix issues while they're still small.

How we got here

We built FleetAgent Pro because managing a fleet shouldn't mean juggling a dozen tools and hoping nothing falls through the cracks.

We talked to fleet managers running 10-50 vehicles. They all said the same thing: "I spend half my day switching between systems just to figure out what's going on." Fuel card portal for transactions. Maintenance spreadsheet for service records. Driver logs in another system. Compliance documents buried in email. Policy violations discovered weeks too late.

The real problem wasn't just the hassle. It was the blind spots.

When your data lives in 5+ places, you miss the patterns that cost money. A driver fueling at premium stations for three weeks straight. A vehicle sitting idle while you pay insurance. Spending that spiked 30% last month, but you didn't notice until this month's bill arrived.

These aren't rare problems. They're daily problems that scattered data makes invisible.

So we built a platform that brings everything together. Import fuel cards automatically. Track maintenance in one place. Get alerted when patterns change. Give fleet managers the visibility they need to catch problems early, not after they've already drained the budget.

What we learned

The hard way: simplicity beats features.

We started by building everything we thought fleet managers needed. Advanced analytics. Complex reports. Dozens of customization options. Then we watched people struggle with it.

Turns out, what they needed was clarity. See what's happening. Get alerted to problems. Fix issues before they cost you. That's the job. Everything else is distraction.

We stripped it down. Made imports automatic. Made alerts intelligent. Made the interface obvious. Now people see results in their first week, not their third month.

What We Believe

These aren't aspirational values we put on posters. They're decisions we make when building the product.

Plain language over jargon

If a fleet manager wouldn't say it, we don't write it. No "leveraging synergies" or "driving transformational outcomes." Just clear explanations of what the software does and why it matters.

Problems over features

People don't buy fleet management software because they want more features. They buy it because fuel costs are unpredictable, maintenance surprises cost them, and scattered data means they're managing blind. We lead with problems, not capabilities.

Specific over generic

"Improve efficiency" means nothing. "Turn 2 hours of weekly fuel card reconciliation into 30 seconds" means something. We measure outcomes in minutes saved, dollars recovered, and problems caught.

Automation where it matters

We automate the tedious stuff: importing transactions, matching fuel cards to vehicles, flagging unusual patterns, sending maintenance reminders. We don't automate the decisions. Software should inform, not dictate.

Built for operators, not executives

We design for the person who logs in daily to manage the fleet. The person who needs to know which vehicles need maintenance this week, which drivers have expiring licenses, and why fuel costs jumped 25% last month.

Who We Built This For

Fleet managers running 10-50 vehicles who are tired of:

  • Logging into 5+ systems to see what's happening
  • Finding out about problems weeks after they started
  • Spending hours on manual data entry and reconciliation
  • Making decisions based on outdated or incomplete information
  • Reacting to expensive surprises instead of catching problems early

You probably:

  • Track fuel in a spreadsheet or multiple portals
  • Schedule maintenance manually or forget until something breaks
  • Discover policy violations after the fact
  • Wish you could see your entire fleet status in one place
  • Want alerts for problems, not just reports after they've cost you

If that sounds familiar, FleetAgent Pro was built for you.
